Nodalio Sites Manager is designed to be used as the main sites and server administration application.

1. Overview.
The Nodalio Sites Manager is built as a native WordPress application which based on the Nodalio API. You may extend the sites manager by installing your own WordPress plugins if you require any additional functionality for your business or clients. In the sites manager you will be able to:
- Add and remove sites installed on the server.
- Edit the site settings and configuration.
- Setup site and global server redirects.
- Setup databases.
- Manage Snapshots (global server backups).
- Edit the general server settings and manage extensions.
Log in to the Nodalio Sites Manager:
To access the Nodalio Sites Manager, please open any browser and type in your server IP with port 12222. For example: 46.101.202.30:12222.
To login to the Nodalio Sites Manager please use the credentials sent when installing the server or the server owner email. Learn how to change the server owner email.
2. Adding new sites.
On the top of the sites list screen, you can find the “Add site” button which allows you to add additional sites to your server. Click on “Add site” and fill the available options to setup your additional site.
3. Site list and quick access settings.
After logging in to the Nodalio Sites Manager you will be presented with a list of all the sites installed on your server. For each site you will be able to directly access the following:
- General site settings.
- Manage aliases pointing to a site.
- Manage site redirects.
- Site daily backups and on-click backups.
- Option to delete the site.
After adding a new site, it will be automatically available for you in the sites list. To access the new site settings, click on the settings buttons on the same line.
4. General site settings.
Once you access the sites settings you will be able to edit all the site configuration available for it. The system will automatically check if the domain is pointing to your server to make sure which options are available for it. If the domain is not pointing to your server you will not be able to issue an SSL certificate for the site.
5. Managing site aliases.
Click on the “Aliases” tab to find the list of currently available aliases which are pointing to the same site directory on your server. Please note, the domain will show the site it points to in addition to the primary domain, so your site will be accessible from more than one domain. In a multisite network site, after adding an alias domain, you may map it to a site on your multisite network.
6. Managing site redirects.
By clicking on the “Redirects” tab you can find a list of redirects that source to the selected site. To add new redirect click the “Add redirect” button.
7. Managing site backups.
Click on the “Backups” tab to find the list of currently available daily backups and on-click backups. You may restore a backup at any time by clicking on the restore button.
8. Site logs (access and error logs).
The site logs tab allows the server owner to disable any access logs for a given site. Each site has a total of 4 active logs:
- Live Access Log.
- Staging Access Log.
- Live Error Log.
- Staging Error Log.
Each site is installed with a log viewer. To access the log viewer you may use the “Go to Site’s Log Viewer” button or access it via the site’s primary domain url: primary.com/_nioprivate/logs.
9. Staging environment.
Each site is automatically installed with a blank staging environment. You may push any live site to staging or a staging site to the live site using the sites manager or the site plugin.
- To initially access the staging environment you will need the default staging credentials:
- User: staging
- Password: 123456
- The default staging site URL is: primarydomain.com/staging
Click the “Access Staging Site” button to automatically access the site’s staging environment.
10. Deleting a site.
Each site is automatically installed with a blank staging environment. You may push any live site to staging or a staging site to the live site using the sites manager or the site plugin.
- To access the staging site you will need the default staging site password: 123456.
- The default staging site URL is: primarydomain.com/staging
Click the “Access Staging Site” button to automatically access the site’s staging environment.
